Excellent Service

I recently purchased a Pre-Owned 2000 BMW Z3 M Roadster (with aftermarket supercharger and alcohol injection system). This vehicle came with no repair history. I began using a mechanic near my home and quickly realized that the car's requirements were very specialized due to the aftermarket modifications. My husband found Motorwërks on a local BMW forum and from the moment I stepped into the shop I realized that their approach was exactly what I needed. Their diagnostic approach to car repairs and service is refreshing. Motorwërks took a very serious approach to all issues and addressed each of my problems equally. I have had several things repaired/improved on my car - the most dramatic being clutch replacement. I especially appreciated their recommendations in helping me prioritize my repair list. This is Where Good Customer Service Shines

I picked up my M3 about a year ago and drove it to Motorwërks right after delivery for the mods to begin. Every piece was installed perfectly up to and including intake/Challenge X-Pipe, rims and BB exhaust. The inhouse tuner, Jerry from Eurocharged, smoked the ECU as it was a new "locked" one. Motorwërks offered to rent me a loaner and fix [the] issue. It took a few weeks to get another ECU and in a Mia Culpa they offered a free pulley setup. Nice.

Took me awhile, but I just had a tune, oil change and the pulley installed. This is where good customer service shines. The tuner had wrong parts for pulley and he refused to pay for the Dinan that was in hand, not even offering the price difference from his pulley. Motorwërks stepped up and is going to eat the difference themselves. Didn't ask them to, they did it without any nudge.

Hunter and Sunil are perfect gentlemen and I look forward next month to installing a Dinan rear end. They excel at attention to detail and I recommend them highly.

Best in Houston, if not the entire Southern region!

I first experienced business with Motorwërks of Houston 7 or 8 months ago when I brought my Mercedes S-Class in for an odd ticking noise. At first, the problem suspected was bad lifters. After a thorough examination of the engine heavy piston slap, fried rings, and a cracked block were all found. Motorwërks' heavily experienced Mercedes technician Ty had the engine out and ready to be swapped within 3 hours of receiving the car. The only thing holding him at a stalemate was the new transplant being out of state in the NE side of the country. This 'major' service went very smoothly to say the least. I recently brought the Mercedes back in for new rotors, pads, and balancing on all four corners. All seemed well until the car was driven home to find 15 pounds of air missing from the two passenger side tires. Sunil was very apologetic, and picked the car up personally at my house on his day off. Not only is my car always picked up and dropped off, it also comes back sparkling clean with a thorough detailing performed. These actions of going the extra mile probably make Sunil's operation the best in Houston, if not the entire Southern region. Outstanding Vorsteiner work!

I recently got a Vorsteiner Carbon Fiber hood placed on my E46 M3. Not only did they do an outstanding job at matching the color of the hood to my Carbon Black Metallic car (which is a very rare color), but they did a great job at installing it. Being a woman in the "sports car" hobby many times puts you at a disadvantage because some places won't even give you the time of day (because they think you don’t know anything about cars) or worse they will try to take advantage of the situation. I felt right at home at Motorwërks, and they took the time to treat me well and teach me regarding the things I was uncertain of. From now on, anything I do to any of my cars will go through them. These guys are amazing...

I originally got my pre purchase inspection on my MB SL500 done at Motorwërks and my shock to find a team of car care enthusiasts that are truly a rare find in Houston. These guys are amazing and will pretty much take care of any problem or direct you to a source to solve any issue related to vehicle care. I had a Kleeman Stage 3 Supercharger install done on my car at their facility. I live and work in Mission, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley, that is 6hrs drive away. So you can see how much I appreciate the place. They all are very much into quality and providing the highest level of service to their customers. While I was in town during the install, I got to see a number of vehicles which included other Mercedes, BMW's, Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, a couple Maseratis, all getting custom work and general scheduled maintenance. I brought my Cayman S for service a few days ago, and I have to admit, the bar has been raised finally. I came in for a basic oil change to see how their services were, and I will be back again for all future services and accessories. Their prices on wheels are the best I have ever seen!

I have been to several shops to service my Mercedes Diesel E Class and have not found any like Motorwërks. Their ambience, location, prices make it worthwhile for me to come back over and over. The staff was very helpful, arranged for Wifi internet in shop, ordered me bagels and coffee even!!!!! This is what I call service. Their fancy tire changer sold me. Absolutely amazing, Finally a true high end shop for luxury & exotics in houston!

I recently took a few of my cars in to Motorwërks for a variety of things. First off, the quality of their shop is unsurpassed. I have never seen such a nice shop, especially in the Houston area. Second, I had my tires recently changed at Motorwërks, and the price was excellent, and the service was quick. Within roughly a couple of hours the car was completely done. I also had my head gasket replaced on my C36 AMG there as well, and it was completed in less than a few days! The showroom is top notch, and they carry all the top name performance tuners products, everything from pulleys to wheels. My grade for their level of service and customer satisfaction is without a doubt an A++. They have the highest qualified mechanics, the best quality products, the nicest shop/showroom and the best customer service. I honestly could not have been happier. Simply The Best Mercedes Service

I took my S500 for routine service. They fixed my car perfectly, but they were so knowledgeable about my car and showed me so many things. They even had a 2002 S500 with 120000 miles on it with every single option available including the European Options not available in USA. I test drove the car after the owner insisted that I drive it, and the car was amazing. It drove like new. The love of the Mercedes-Benz really shows at Motorwërks when they talk about the cars.
